MagicPhoto lets you create custom wallpapers with an image-personalization application on your mobile phone that's both easy and fun. MagicPhoto can create custom wallpapers from scratch, as well as from digital pictures taken with the mobile phone camera, or another camera. If your phone doesn't have a built-in or inaccessible camera, you can use this website to upload pictures to MagicPhoto, where your pictures can be further customized.

1. I am a subscriber to the MagicPhoto™ mobile application, and when I’m using the mobile application I can’t seem to find the photos that are actually saved on my camera phone. So I can’t bring them into the application and customize them… what do I do?

Some phones, due to technical limitations in the hardware or built-in software, do not allow the MagicPhoto™ mobile application to access camera photos. If you cannot access your camera photos from MagicPhoto™, then you probably have one of these phones. Just e-mail your photos to MagicPhoto™ at [your username]@mymagicphoto.net (insert your username before the @ symbol)! We will then automatically add your photos to your Online Gallery. Next time you launch the app, you’ll see them by going to My Photos from the Main Menu, then to Online Photos!

2. How do I get photos from my PC into my mobile application, so I can customize them?

You have come to the right place… just use this website! At www.mymagicphoto.net, enter the username and password provided to you in the MagicPhoto™ mobile application during sign-up (and which you can find at any time in My Account on the Main Menu in the mobile application on your handset), and after logging in, click the Upload icon. You will then simply hit Browse to find a photo to upload (you can upload up to five at a time). After uploading you will see them in your Online Gallery, and in the mobile application by going to My Photos from the Main Menu, then to Online Photos!

3. I forgot my password and username! What do I do?

Easy… just run your MagicPhoto™ mobile application on your handset, and go to My Account from the Main Menu. There you will find your username, and an option to get your current password. You can also change your username and password in this menu.

4. How can I set my customized wallpaper creations that I’ve made with the MagicPhoto™ mobile application as an actual wallpaper on my mobile phone? Can I do this from the application itself?

Unfortunately, you cannot set a wallpaper directly from MagicPhoto™, but after you ‘save’ a wallpaper, we will send you a message containing your wallpaper via MMS, TXT or whatever method your wireless carrier has made available to us. You will be alerted on your phone when the message is received, much like any regular text message. Open the message and choose the menu option to Save Picture (or similar). After it is saved, ‘set’ the image as your active wallpaper through your phone’s system menu for managing the display, just as you would anytime you set a wallpaper obtained elsewhere.

5. I am not receiving my wallpapers via TXT or MMS message after I ‘save’ within the MagicPhoto™ application… what’s going on?

Double check that the phone number listed in My Account on the Main Menu within the mobile application is CORRECT. If not, edit the number so it is correct by choosing Change Phone Number.
